By creating an account or using AutoAffiliate, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of service

AutoAffiliate is a content automation platform that forwards posts from your Telegram channels to connected destination platforms (WhatsApp, X, Facebook, and others). You are responsible for the content you publish through the service.

3. Account responsibilities

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API tokens. You must not share your account with others or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use AutoAffiliate to:

  • Distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
  • Violate the terms of service of any connected platform
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other accounts

5. Billing and payments

Paid plans are billed monthly. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file. Prices may change with 30 days notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

6. Service availability

We strive to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party platform outages (Telegram, WhatsApp, X, Facebook).

7. Content ownership

You retain ownership of all content you publish through AutoAffiliate. We do not claim any rights to your content. We store content only transiently for the purpose of forwarding it to your configured destinations.

8. Limitation of liability

AutoAffiliate is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost revenue, failed content delivery, or platform account restrictions.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
